Ozempic
Ozempic tracker app — log every dose, side effect, and pound
If you're on Ozempic (semaglutide), a once-weekly injection FDA-approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes, DoseUp gives you a free, GLP-1 specific iPhone app to track every injection, dose change, weight check-in, and side effect in one place.
Built specifically for people on GLP-1s — not a generic medication reminder, and not a telehealth program trying to replace your prescriber.
Section 01
What DoseUp tracks for Ozempic
DoseUp is built for GLP-1 medications specifically, so logging your Ozempic routine takes a few taps a week instead of a spreadsheet:
- Injection log — dose, date, and site (abdomen, thigh, upper arm). DoseUp tracks site rotation so you don't accidentally re-use the same spot.
- Weight trend — log on whatever cadence works for you (weekly is common) and see the line over weeks and months, not just yesterday vs today.
- Side effects — nausea, fatigue, constipation, headaches, appetite changes, and others, with severity. Over time you can see how symptoms correlate with dose changes.
- Nutrition & hydration — barcode and label scanning for fast logging; protein and water reminders so the habits stick.
- Doctor-ready export — generate a clean report you can print or email to your provider before your next appointment.
Your data stays on your iPhone, protected by Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. DoseUp never sells your health information.

Ozempic dose strengths (what you'll be logging)
Ozempic comes in several dose strengths, and prescribers typically step patients up over several weeks. The Ozempic pen strengths you may encounter (in mg) are:
- 10.25 mg
- 20.5 mg
- 31 mg
- 42 mg
DoseUp lets you log each pen strength as you titrate up (or hold, or step back down — whatever your provider directs). The log history makes it easy to answer questions like "when did I start the 0.5 mg pen?" without flipping through old calendar entries.
Your titration schedule is decided by your prescriber. The list above shows the available pen strengths only — it is not a dosing recommendation. Always follow the schedule your healthcare provider gives you.
